- Stormwater Worksheets $50.00 for A&B and escrow amounts for B and above plus professional charges according to the stormwater ordinance

- Commercial Structure Business & Industry $0.25 per square foot
- Residential Structure House SW & DW Home including additions $0.20 per square foot
- Connected Structure Garage, Carport, Deck, Roof $0.10 per square foot
- Acessory Structure Garage, Carport, Shed, Pole Building, Etc. $0.05 per square foot
Sewer
- Sewer Rate - $120.00 for each sewer EDU each quarter
- Sewer Debt Fee - (based on water usage). The charge is $5.00 per 500 cubic feet of water used on a quarterly basis, minimum of $5.00 per account each quarter with no maximum charge
- Sewer Connection Fee - $4,783.00
- Sewer Inspection - $25.00 or $35.00

- Certification of Public Records - $5.00
Note: Borough reserves the right to collect an advanced fee for lengthy documents in accordance with the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law. If the total estimated cost to duplicate records exceeds $100 the borough may require prepayment prior to providing access to the public records, and may charge for preparation costs.
